Data from clients of firms

Name, first name, email, appointment confirmation and reminder, phone, contact if necessary, reason for the appointment, preparation for the consultation.

Purposes of Processing

The data is collected for:

• Providing and managing the appointment booking service

• Sending confirmations and notifications

• Managing subscriptions and billing

• Improving service quality

• Responding to support requests

Account data: retained for the duration of the subscription, then deleted upon the user's request.

Appointment data: retained for 3 years after the appointment, unless an early deletion request is made.
