Terms applicable to the subscription and use of WILOR services.
Object
The present General Terms of Sale (GTS) govern the contractual relationships between:
WILOR, the trade name of the company 0xWeb (SIREN 942 960 089), hereinafter referred to as "the Service Provider"
Any professional subscribing to a subscription, hereinafter referred to as "the Client"
WILOR offers an online appointment management solution aimed at law firms, including:
Online appointment booking 24/7
Customizable reservation forms
Automatic email notifications
Management dashboard
Website integration
Independent Lawyer: 1 User, €50 excluding VAT Monthly, €540 excluding VAT Annually (-10%)
Small Firm: 2-5 Users €120 excluding VAT Monthly, €1,296 excluding VAT Annually (-10%)
Structured Firm: 6-15 Users €250 excluding VAT Monthly, €2,700 excluding VAT Annually (-10%)
VAT not applicable – Article 293 B of the CGI.
The subscription is done online on the site wilor.fr. The Client:
Chooses their offer
Proceeds to payment
Receives the identifiers by email
Accesses the platform immediately
Payment methods: Credit card
Billing: Monthly or annually depending on the chosen plan
Direct debit: Automatic at each due date
Invoices: Available in the client portal
Monthly Subscription : Commitment of 1 month, automatically renewed.
Annual Subscription : Commitment of 12 months, automatically renewed.
Renewal occurs automatically on the anniversary date unless terminated in advance.
The Client can terminate their subscription at any time from their client area.
Monthly: End of the current month
Yearly: End of the current annual period
No refund pro rata temporis is made in the case of early termination.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period with the Client's agreement.
By subscribing, the Client accepts the immediate execution of the service and expressly waives their right of withdrawal.
WILOR is committed to:
Providing access to the platform 24/7 (except during maintenance)
Ensuring the security and confidentiality of data
Informing the Client of any scheduled maintenance
Providing technical support via email
The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate information during registration
Use the service according to its intended purpose
Not share their login credentials
Comply with applicable laws and regulations
WILOR shall not be held responsible for:
Indirect damages related to the use of the service
Temporary interruptions for maintenance
The use made by the Client of the service
The content entered by the Client on the platform
WILOR's liability is limited to the amount of sums paid by the Client over the last 12 months.
Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back, regardless of the provisions related to the right of withdrawal, WILOR grants the Client a commercial warranty of 14 days from the date of subscription. During this period, the Client can request a full refund, without justification, by email at wilorhq@gmail.com. The refund will be made within 14 business days via the original payment method. This guarantee applies only to the first subscription.

WILOR reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. The Client will be informed by email of any changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
Failing that, the courts of Paris will have exclusive jurisdiction.
