  • Subscription to a membership

  • Acceptance of these terms of use and general terms and conditions

For Users (clients of the firms)

Access to the booking page is free and open. Making an appointment implies acceptance of these terms of use.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of its credentials

  • Inform WILOR of any unauthorized use

  • Not create multiple accounts for the same entity

  • Configuration of booking forms

  • Consultation of the dashboard

  • Communication with clients via notifications

Prohibited Uses

It is prohibited to:

  • Use the service for illegal purposes

  • Collect data from other users

  • Attempt to access the data of other accounts

  • Disrupt the operation of the platform

  • Resell or sublicense the service

  • Use automated bots or scripts

Client Responsibility

The Client is solely responsible for:

  • The information entered on their account

  • The forms created and their legal compliance

  • The communications sent via the platform

  • The respect of professional secrecy

Moderation

WILOR reserves the right to delete any content:

  • Illegal or contrary to good morals

  • Infringing the rights of third parties

  • Not compliant with the purpose of the service

However, access may be interrupted for:

Rights of WILOR

The Client retains ownership of their data and content. They grant WILOR a limited license for their processing as part of the service.

WILOR may suspend or terminate an account in case of:

  • Non-payment

  • Violation of the Terms of Use

  • Fraudulent use

  • Request from a competent authority

The Client may terminate their account according to the terms provided in the General Terms and Conditions.
