WILOR platform usage rules.
Object
These General Terms of Use (GTU) define the rules for accessing and using the WILOR platform, available at wilor.fr and through the dedicated application.
Platform: The site wilor.fr and the WILOR application
Client: Legal professional holding a subscription
User: Client of law firms using the booking service
Account: Personal space accessible by username and password
For the Clients of wilor.fr
Access requires:
Subscription to a membership
Acceptance of these terms of use and general terms and conditions
For Users (clients of the firms)
Access to the booking page is free and open. Making an appointment implies acceptance of these terms of use.
The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information
Maintain the confidentiality of its credentials
Inform WILOR of any unauthorized use
Not create multiple accounts for the same entity
Permitted Uses
Management of professional appointments
Configuration of booking forms
Consultation of the dashboard
Communication with clients via notifications
Prohibited Uses
It is prohibited to:
Use the service for illegal purposes
Collect data from other users
Attempt to access the data of other accounts
Disrupt the operation of the platform
Resell or sublicense the service
Use automated bots or scripts
Client Responsibility
The Client is solely responsible for:
The information entered on their account
The forms created and their legal compliance
The communications sent via the platform
The respect of professional secrecy
Moderation
WILOR reserves the right to delete any content:
Illegal or contrary to good morals
Infringing the rights of third parties
Not compliant with the purpose of the service
WILOR strives to ensure availability 24/7.
However, access may be interrupted for:
Scheduled maintenance: minimum 24 hours
Urgent maintenance
Force majeure cases
Rights of WILOR
The platform, its design, its features, and its code are the exclusive property of WILOR. Any reproduction is prohibited.
Rights of the Client
The Client retains ownership of their data and content. They grant WILOR a limited license for their processing as part of the service.
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Client agrees to:
Comply with GDPR in the use of the service
Inform their clients of the collection of their data
Collect only the necessary data
Limitation of Liability
WILOR cannot be held responsible for:
Indirect or consequential damages
The use made of the service by the Client
The content published by the Client
Decisions made based on the service
Warranty
The service is provided "as is". WILOR does not guarantee that the service will meet all of the Client's specific needs.
By WILOR
WILOR may suspend or terminate an account in case of:
Non-payment
Violation of the Terms of Use
Fraudulent use
Request from a competent authority
By the Client
The Client may terminate their account according to the terms provided in the General Terms and Conditions.
WILOR may modify these Terms of Service at any time.
Modifications take effect 30 days after notification by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute:
Seeking an amicable solution
Mediation (if applicable)
Competent courts in Paris
